Lesh supported the Calumet Manufacturing Industrial Sector Partnership, a network of business leaders, supported by community partners, working to strengthen manufacturing in the Calumet Region on the Southside of Chicago. Emily coached the seven founding organizations through the process of launching their regional collaboration with manufacturing leaders, facilitated dozens of meetings with manufacturing CEOS, community organizations, Superintendents, and the founding organizations. She provided coaching, training, and overall support for over two-years to this Partnership.
